No matter what you are looking for in the Hamptons this summer, our houses have it all. Having TWO houses of different sizes only 5 minutes apart from each other gives us the flexibility to accommodate any type of booking: individual or group, weekend or week, shared or private.
We are opening the doors to our amazing Hamptons estates in less than 3 weeks and spaces for the summer are now almost completely booked.
Before we invite anyone to join us, we meet them at an event or one on one. We are very careful to encourage only laid-back and friendly professionals to apply for the house.
Every Thursday we host a Happy Hour Hamptons Party. There you will be able to meet some of the other people that are interested in the summer share home.

What makes our House different from ALL other Houses?
Six meals a weekend, an in-house chef, linen service, constant maid service, and flexible scheduling!

Our guests have access to our new heated pool; hot tub; full basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts; jacuzzi; wide-screen TV; Wi-Fi; home office equipment; arcade; high-end BBQ and more!

Reasonable Pricing
In the past, we have typically charged about 10% less than other houses. This year, to reflect the current state of the economy, we have lowered our prices even more.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, and we also have payment plans available.
Almost ALL-Inclusive
We include much more food, supplies, snacks and alcohol than any other house! Fresh Direct delivers 30 to 40 boxes of food and supplies to our house each Friday :)

Every weekend is always a unique and fun experience! With each person picking their own custom schedules, no two weekends are ever the same.
We attend the best clubs, lounges and events in the Hamptons. You work hard during the week, so we plan everything for you. You just come out, relax and enjoy the weekend!
The MOST Selective House in the Hamptons
People are the MOST important part of your Summer Experience.
We carefully weed out the annoying and obnoxious people for which the Hamptons are known. You will share your weekend with people you would actually want to be friends with come Monday!
We have guests throughout their 20s and 30s; call for more specifics about the exact demographics.
